Brand Protocol
Global Operating Standard | Revised: April 5, 2026
This agreement governs the use of the MrKushington415 digital platform, subsidiary brand assets, and all commercial transactions. By engaging with this brand, you acknowledge and agree to the following standards.
1. The MrKushington415 Ecosystem
These terms apply to all ventures operating under the MrKushington415 umbrella, including but not limited to Kapow Berries, Cannadosio, and our global activations in Austin (SXSW) and Berlin.
2. Digital Strategy & Intellectual Property
2.1. Proprietary Content: All SEO strategies, web architectures, custom macro-photography, and “Timeless Terps” branding are the exclusive intellectual property of the Brand. Authorized use is granted only through written consent.
2.2. Counterfeit Policy: Any unauthorized use of brand logos or product imagery to represent unverified “reps” or secondary market sales is strictly prohibited.
3. Commercial & Payment Protocols
Wholesale Standard: New wholesale accounts require a mandatory $1,000 Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ). Smaller “Sample” requests are fulfilled at standard retail pricing.
4. Product Stability & Logistics
4.1. Solventless Extracts: All premium rosins (70u-149u) are temperature-sensitive. While we use professional-grade insulated shipping, we are not liable for environmental changes (nucleation) post-delivery. Cold storage is mandatory upon receipt.
4.2. Biological Interests: Content related to myrmecology (harvester ants) is provided for educational purposes. We are not responsible for the misuse of biological information or local regulations regarding exotic pet keeping.
5. Event Activations & Tickets
Participation in global activations (e.g., Cali 2 Texas or Hash Holes & Donuts Berlin) is subject to venue-specific rules. Tickets and entries purchased via BTC are final; no refunds are issued for missed attendance.
6. Security & Communication
We prioritize the privacy of our network. All sensitive logistics and pricing discussions are conducted via secure, encrypted channels. We do not sell or share user data within our decentralized model.
